And other payers being added routinely.  Please call your plan AND our office to verify in network coverage. 

In addition to accepting in network coverage for these payers, our clinic has a generous self-pay policy and prompt pay discount policy  for non-covered services such as fertility treatment. 

We also have a policy in place for out of network billing.   Insurance payer contracts should not limit access to the highest quality care.
