Beth Milkie

RN

  • Read Bio

My nursing education began at Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri and was completed at NWTC when I moved to Green Bay with my husband.

I have been an RN for almost 37 years with my focus always in Women’s Health. Although challenging, my nursing career has been extremely rewarding by the many patients I have been able to help. Dr Coussons and I have worked together since 2002, at Bellin hospital in Labor and delivery, and for almost 10 years in the office.

I am married with 3 children & 2 dogs. When not working in the office with Dr. Coussons I like to read, swim and spend time with family.

Tess Rabe

RN, Surgical First Assist

  • Read Bio

I began my career in the operating room as a surgical technologist in 2018, building a strong foundation in perioperative and patient-centered care. In 2023, I advanced my training and became a registered nurse, which has allowed me to care for patients more comprehensively across their surgical and fertility journeys.

My professional path has been deeply shaped by my personal experience with infertility, which has given me empathy, resilience, and a unique understanding of the emotional and physical challenges many patients face. I am especially passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples navigating infertility—advocating for them, educating families, and offering not only clinical care but also encouragement and hope.

I live in Green Bay with my husband of seven years and our dog, Brew, and when the weather is warm you can usually find us on the golf course or spending time with family.

Ann Cunningham

SONOGRAPHER

  • Read Bio

With over a decade of specialized experience in diagnostic medical sonography, I bring both expertise and heartfelt dedication to every ultrasound. After earning my degree from Argosy University in 2014, I honed my skills across diverse clinical settings—from fast-paced hospitals and emergency rooms to private and hospital-based outpatient clinics.

Specializing in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound, I take pride in delivering precise imaging with a personalized touch. Whether guiding expectant parents through their first glimpse of baby or working with fertility and gynecology patients, I believe my work isn’t just technical—it’s about connecting with patients during pivotal moments in their lives.

Born and raised in Sherwood, Wisconsin, every day, I’m reminded how privileged I am to work close to home and play a role in the lives of many patients.
