My nursing education began at Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri and was completed at NWTC when I moved to Green Bay with my husband.
I have been an RN for almost 37 years with my focus always in Women’s Health. Although challenging, my nursing career has been extremely rewarding by the many patients I have been able to help. Dr Coussons and I have worked together since 2002, at Bellin hospital in Labor and delivery, and for almost 10 years in the office.
I am married with 3 children & 2 dogs. When not working in the office with Dr. Coussons I like to read, swim and spend time with family.

My career has been a journey of following my passions—from Business Management and Marketing to Nursing after starting a family. Since 2007, I’ve dedicated myself to women’s health, beginning in labor and delivery, then supporting midwives in a private OBGYN practice, and later joining a large OBGYN medical group. Since 2022, I have worked with Dr. Coussons, where I divide time as the manager of the weight loss program and caring for GYN patients.
What I love most is connecting with women—listening, educating, and partnering with them through every step of their health journey. Every day, I’m inspired by the strength and resilience of my patients, and I’m committed to providing compassionate, personalized care that empowers them.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me enjoying life with my husband (a fellow East De Pere native) and our two daughters. We love traveling, boating on the bay, kayaking, biking, and escaping to our cottage near Munising, Michigan.

Ann Cunningham
SONOGRAPHER
Read Bio
With over a decade of specialized experience in diagnostic medical sonography, I bring both expertise and heartfelt dedication to every ultrasound. After earning my degree from Argosy University in 2014, I honed my skills across diverse clinical settings—from fast-paced hospitals and emergency rooms to private and hospital-based outpatient clinics.
Specializing in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound, I take pride in delivering precise imaging with a personalized touch. Whether guiding expectant parents through their first glimpse of baby or working with fertility and gynecology patients, I believe my work isn’t just technical—it’s about connecting with patients during pivotal moments in their lives.
Born and raised in Sherwood, Wisconsin, every day, I’m reminded how privileged I am to work close to home and play a role in the lives of many patients.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1999, I’ve been fortunate to experience many rewarding roles—from family medicine and pediatric supervision to dialysis training and EPIC education. Since 2019, I’ve worked in my true calling: supporting women in gynecology and infertility.
There’s nothing more meaningful than helping make parenthood possible. I approach each patient with attentive listening and encouragement as they work toward their dreams. I am a lifelong learner and work hard every day to be part of your care team during such a personal and hopeful chapter of life.
I have been a native of the Green Bay area my entire life. I enjoy the close community, spending time with family/friends and friendly competitive fishing with my husband of 32 years. We have one daughter who is 36 yrs of age, who is also a nurse, which makes me immensely proud she is a part of the nursing community.
