Selecting Dr. Coussons Advanced Care for Women

Selecting the right health care provider is vitally important to your health and wellbeing. The relationship you develop with your physician is as important as the quality of care provided. Finding the right combination can make all the difference in your patient experience and your quality of life.

At Advanced Care for Women, we take pride in the fact that many of the nurses we work with in the hospitals choose Dr. Coussons for their healthcare. They recommend their friends and family to see Dr. Coussons.  These word of mouth referrals are the best compliment we can receive because we know they come from knowledgeable, satisfied patients.

  • Selecting a Doctor and Treatment Facility

When searching for a health care provider, start by asking a few basic questions:

Are the physicians board certified and experienced in women’s health care?

If you have a specific disease or condition, are the physicians experienced in treating it?

Does the practice have access to advanced technology and medicine to treat your condition?

Is the office easy to find and easy to work with?

Does the practice accept your health care insurance?

How long will it take to get an appointment?

What services are offered at the facility?

Which hospitals is the practice affiliated with?
